Bosaz será el primer argentino designado para juzgar los ganadores de este festival que premia los mejores sitios Web de la industria de medios de comunicación (periódicos, cadenas televisivas, radios y revistas). “Si bien es un reconocimiento muy importante a nivel personal también lo es para el mercado local. Siento una gran responsabilidad porque llevo poco más de 4 años en la industria y conozco a muchos otros referentes del mercado que también podrían haber calificado para ser jurados en este premio dado su conocimiento y experiencia”, confesó Bosaz. En febrero de 1999, LaNacion.com ganó el premio EPpy por ser considerado el mejor diario en Internet fuera de los Estados Unidos. En aquel momento, compartió la terna con el Financial Times (Londres) y The Jerusalem Post (Israel). La selección se realizó sobre una base preseleccionada de más de 400 sitios Web de todo el mundo que terminan siendo calificados por diferentes variables asociadas a la ambición de los sitios, la facilidad de uso, la calidad de las herramientas e la interactividad. Acerca de Mariano Agustín Bosaz Tiene 28 años, se recibió de licenciado en estudios internacionales en la Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, se especializó en la Universidad de Richmond (Virginia, Estados Unidos) y realizó una Maestría en Administración y Políticas Públicas en la Universidad del CEMA. Actualmente se desempeña como Gerente de Interactive Marketing & Negocios en el Diario La Nación y como Director en la representación argentina del IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau). Anteriormente trabajó como consultor de negocios para compañías satélite del Grupo Socma y como profesor auxiliar de Estadística en la Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
