Mark Tutssel considers that technology is changing the way in which people are communicating, and social media has a fundamental role in that dialogue. While he assures that mobile will be the media of the future, he says that today is important to “generate content that interest people and that’s interesting itself”. He also adds that “the brads of the future will have to be more reactive” to capture the consumers’ attention and, the ones that do that, will succeed.
