“Everything has changed a lot. Today, Microsoft recruits creative people and becomes the perfect agency: “it knows consumers as anybody else, it knows what they want, what entertains them and how to do it”, states Jean-Christophe Petit at the conference offered at Desachate 2006, where he left everybody present astonished. From his media-man view, and as COO of Initiative Media Latin America, Petit knows that nowadays, with just knowing the consumers is not enough, because they already know more about media and communication than the experts themselves do. Then, what is the future of business before a technological progress that is making more and more available the selection and creation of contents? What are the new game rules before a more and more self-reliant consumer? In this interview, Petit explains why there are no answers.
