David Jones, Global CEO of Euro RSCG Worldwide: Creativity helps us be more efficient

With only 38 years old, David Jones became Global CEO of the network RSCG in 2005. His goal: Under his running, the network has accumulated a steady growth, to such an extent that lately Havas announced its new structure with the merger of Euro RSCG and Arnold. Last year, the group achieved 25% increase on its net revenue, as well as a significant decrease on its debt. Now, David Jones, apart from being CEO of Euro RSCG, is CEO of Havas Worldwide and General Director of Havas. His objective is still the same: insert the digital at the heart of the network's business and make Euro an attractive place for the best talent of the world. Today, he is expectant before the crisis, his objectives got reaffirmed and he redoubles his bet. According to Jones, the operation integrates the "Marketing offers" of Havas and turns the group more suitable for competing. On this exclusive conversation with LatinSpots, Jones (speaker at El Ojo de Iberoamérica 2009) talks over his management and plans for the company, and assures that creativity is today the key element of this market.
